Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Please note that processing time does not include transit time.

Our current flat rate shipping fee is $8.00 per order. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change. Any updates will be reflected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Leaking Orders We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehive@mamahonee.com.

To process a replacement, we require:

• A clear photo of the damaged item

• The Mama Honee label must be visible in the photo as proof of product

Once verified, we will send a replacement as soon as possible. We want every Mama Honee experience to be a sweet one!

Returns: Because honey is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out — we will always do our best to make it right.
