How do I store my honey? Store your honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate. Properly stored, your honey has a shelf life of 24–36 months.

My honey has crystallized. Is it still good? Absolutely! Crystallization is a completely natural process and is actually a sign of pure, raw honey. Simply place the jar in warm water and stir gently until it returns to its liquid form. Never microwave your honey as it can affect the quality.
